OYO Hotel Pineville LA Hwy 165

The room was clean, but the area is super sketchy and the door had evidence of being kicked down at some point. I do not recommend staying at this location. It was a very bad motel colored to look like a hotel.

I like that it's quite and peaceful but I don't like how they don't have many plug in in the room and no pool

I checked in on July 2nd and stayed until the 5th my room hadn't been cleaned my entire stay. I had to change my own sheets and ask the office for clean towels everyday I wouldn't recommend any family or friends to stay here.

It was okay, ac did not work, it was hot as all get out. There was 1 light that worked

Roach infested. Stains on bedding, poor customer service when checking in.

The OYO in pineville is the newly renovated old motel 6 ans for me it still definitely felt like a motel, surface level it was okay, but when you go for functionality then you see that you get what you get. The microwave was old ans rusty as well as the refrigerator, both functional but not very appealing. The room although non smoking definitely held the smell of smoke in the curtains and bedding whenni walked in, i found myself constantly spraying febreze fabric freshener on all cloth surfaces and keeping the air as low as possible so the smell would not be so bothersome. The bedding had obvious holes either from burns or just wear amd tear, the bathroom had spider webs and a large roach in the middle of the night, small holes where caulking from the renovation could be seen, the towel rack was broken in my room. The water in the sink and shower did not get very hot and the pressure was low to low medium as far as rinsing. The chair in the room was old and raggedy. I ended up with a 2 bed room when I registered for a 1 king bed room. All and all i could go on but I definitely say this still is the feel of a Motel rather than hotel, it was just dressed up nice for appreance and not very good as far as functionality. You get what you pay for although personally i wouldn't pay that price again knowing what you get when you stay there.

The floor was nasty and sticky. The only covers on the bed was sheet and a very very thin quilt with cigarette burns all over it in a non smoking room. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. I will not be staying there again.

The property is going through a renovation, so with that said I will say this, it has some older features like the flooring, carpets and bath fixtures, but it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Nothing horrible, just not all new. Location is great, safe and employee was very friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Normally I stay here and it’s great this trip I got a room not renovated and it was horrible bed on right side fell in middle of night water ran in toilet all night carpet was old smelled BUT the room was clean as far as linens and such. The big issue I found I was on second floor and with renovations they have all kind of trash in the walkways which is a tripping hazard espically when you have to carry your luggage becoase you can’t roll it due to all the debris. Again this is my hotel of choice when in the area and normally it’s very good this time is what I have to base my review on it was not so good. Management is A+ here. The furniture was dirty. There was only 4 pillows for both beds. There was a hole under the door. Bugs were getting in. The tv remote didn’t work. There weren’t any hand towels. The air was working good af tho
