"Do not use this hotel "

I made my reservation through hotels.com and when I drove to the hotel the hotel was booked. I had to sleep in my car with my two kids, not even hotels.com or the hotel was able to help. I am still waiting on my refund. Worst experience ever!

After searching hour after hour for a hotel after hurricane Laura stuck, I was able to book this motel for my sister who lost her home and car. She had to drive 200 miles out of her way RT to be told they had no such reservation. She had to sleep in her car in a strange town. And now you are trying to charge us for a no-show???!!! Shame on you!

Horrible experience, the room is not what I booked and when I called the fro t desk I was told that I would have go through who I booked the room with. The room I did get was disgusting! It was dirty from the sheets and bedspread to the bathroom, the tub was filthy! It had spiders and the entire room smelled! On top of that I was charged a ā€œ depositā€ of $100 for a $40 a night room! I couldn’t even stay there but I’m loosing money because it was non refundable (room). I asked about the deposit to clarify that they were just holding my card for incidentals but no they charged my card and then told me if it’s not back on my card in the next few days to not call them but to call who I booked with! Just an overall horrible experience and I will never recommend! Personally I feel like reporting how the business side is handled as well as how unsanitary the place is!
