Quiet, friendly place. Nice deck outside our room and well equipped communal kitchen

Gorgeous historic home on a quiet block. Well-maintained communal kitchenette and very clean bathroom. Ample closet space, huge window, fast WiFi. The residents are incredibly kind and welcoming!

Photo shown is VERY misleading - I stayed in a room the size of a closet with a mediocre single bed and a broken table. Didn’t seem like patio access was part of the package - overall value is questionable but the location is excellent. And being your own toiletries.

Well maintained and very friendly.

The larger bed in the room was very stiff and not very comfortable to me. Other guests were extremely noisy the last night we were there, coming home at 4:00 in the morning and being very loud both inside the location and when they went outside in the back.

Neighborhood is rather rough but convenient walking distance to several train/subway lines.

Not much to like

The host was absolutely disgusting. His communication was terrible he not only refused to even let me bring my bags in early. He didn't even reply to me. And later he didn't even reply to booking dot com when I reached out to them about all the problems I was having with this terrible host.
