Cockroaches in room and getting from the sink in the bathroom - The owner said that WE brought them back - We obviously checkout before the end of our stay because we were just disgusted

The staff were very helpful, especially as our train was delayed and they made sure someone was there to check us in. The room was basic and dated but clean and tidy. We were only there for one night so didn't get to use the kitchen as we wanted to get out and about to experience the area.

Way too overpriced for such a basic place and location. The information provided to find the place is vague and confusing (for example, it mentions a black ring that doesn't exist). The house has no signs indicating it is a guest house. Additionally, the location on Google Maps doesn’t match the one on Booking, which makes things even more complicated. The house is noisy, and you can hear people chatting and walking.

Not the most salubrious part of town but in no way intimidating. Close to local amenities, 10 minute walk to Nostrand Avenue subway hence only 15 minutes to Manhattan on the A Train, gotta say also that the family/staff who own/maintain the property were just fine. I'd definitely stay there again.

Relatively quiet. Good for a quick turnaround for an overnight stay between flights
