Metro Tempe Extended Stay

la alberca estaba demasiado sucia y en persona no luce como en la foto, las luces son automaticas con sensor y durante la noche se estan prendiendo por el minimo movimiento. Solicite cobijas extra y jamas me las entregaron, no hay nadie en front desk nunca. el dia 02 de Marzo hubio un problema con otros inquilinos y vimos policias y una persona arrestada, fue incomodo para los niños

The property needs an upgrade! It was fine in a pinch.

My room was a mess when I came in. Not cleaned or anything.

Property was generally run down. The outside look very sketchy and was right next to a number of very busy roads. When we entered the property there was a funky smell.

There were roaches in the rooms, there was no trash cans and the tubs were completely chipped and dirty at check in and they refused to service the room.

We came up for the Renaissance Festival from Sierra Vista. We were all so tired from spending close to 5 hours there, we just wanted to rest. Not having to worry about a traditional hotel check in was nice and room was perfect for us.

Affordable, they offer different room sizes ant different prices and good for short term stays. I would recommend and stay again. Laundry rooms onsite, full kitchens, in ground pool, park and playground. Near local stores and highways..

Cheap to rent.

Very Quiet area. Very close to this Mexican restaurant whose food was fire. Will be staying there again.

Perfectly fine! I stayed for 6 days. This is not a hotel. Staff works during normal business hours, after hours use the answering service. Bring cleaning supplies, bathroom matt, laundry detergent, groceries, and a pot. I wish they would purchase 2 to 3 new luggage carts. I’m sure I will stay here again.
