Regalia Hotel & Conference Center

It was over all good but they need new doors our door kept giving a lot of issues getting into or room that was really the only down fall and they drinks at the bar is like 10 bucks a piece

There was no open restaurants in the hotel. House keeping never came to the room to replace towels or anything else.

Its very convenient having the pools and swim up bar within walking distance.. very clean. Not very soundproof but thats typical with all hotels...wish the coffee place was open on weekeneds!! Kind of pricey but doable!

Leaving a bad review because this place could be so much better! You enter into a really nice drive with nice villas and continue down the road to the hotel where things start to look tan down, you are forced to share parking with any of those who are just there for the swim up pool. As soon as I walked in I smelt smoke but kept my hopes up, then we entered the elevator and it smelled horrible, thankfully the room and our main floor didn't smell. Our room looked nice upon first glance but then after looking there were a few issues, the sheet had a stain nasty stain on it, the toilet was constantly running and at points became as loud as the TV especially at night, the A/C does not stay on hardly at all especially when on the lowest setting we were very hot all night long, there were beer cans in the grass on our outdoor patio, and one morning I woke up to shower and there was no hot water!! Free breakfast is always a plus but it was way worse than a holiday inn breakfast. Walking through the hotel you notice the indoor pool is shut down and looks abandoned. During our 3 night stay I saw a total of 2 workers our whole stay. I would love to give this place another try but was very disappointed with my stay! Hope this helps someone!

The grounds are in poor condition. There is no security. I did not feel safe. We Observed drug deals going on at the pool. The neighborhood uses the pool property as their hang out. We were very disappointed.

My family came in to enjoy the lake but we really loved the pool at the resort!

The hotel is beautiful but a lot of things advertised were false. The indoor pool and hot tub were not functional and were closed to the public. The continental breakfast was only served on Saturday and Sunday. Also the bar was not open the whole time we were there. The staff also complained about management and not have a schedule written for the current week, which is absolutely crazy to me. The swimup bar in the outpool was amazing though. Deer would gather in the patio area which was amazing to see. Would come again if the service could get their act together.

I think the hotel would be better if they didn’t allow everyone else In for free. It was extremely crowded due to this and made it unable to enjoy.

Room was large and beds were comfortable. Other than that we were very disappointed . We were there 3 days and housekeeping never showed at all. For the price of the room we should have had a microwave at least.. Website said lakeview but a very poor view at that. Continental breakfast was very skimpy so we went elsewhere. Gym was big but could have been cleaner . We will stick to the Four Seasons on future visits
