Regalia Hotel & Conference Center

I was visiting for a birthday trip prior to booking the site said all amenities was working. Got there no pool open no restaurants open nothing I was disappointed. The bed was so hard was there 4 days and they didn’t clean our room not one day. I paid 641 for nothing

It was off season so difficult to properly review.

The hotel is very nice and located close to restaurants and things to do We had a Jr suite and it was nice but the couch was not comfortable at all No microwave in room but there was one at the end of the hall for all to use Did not like the fact that there is no secure entry to the building with the rooms as anyone can enter and no one would know

I'm not one to complain but we had 0 hot water even after letting it run for about half an hour at night and in the morning. And we really needed a shower bc our shared door neighbors were smoking pot on their room (not on the hotel) but the walls were super thin and we left smelling like pot. But the people who worked there were nice and welcoming and you can tell they were trying to update the property.

We loved the large room; however, the WiFi was not working, I went to the front desk and asked again for the correct password. They gave me a key to another room to see if it was working in there it was not. Told them the Clock/radio/phone was not working in the room they said they would send maintenance, the never showed up. There was one partial role of Toilet paper in the room, we could not call the front desk for more cause the clock radio phone was not working.

This is the first review I have ever wrote. I normally do not complain but something needs said with our experience here. Wife and I were traveling from Branson and decided we were going to stop on Ozark for 1 night. We seen the pictures of this hotel looked super nice. We called to see if we could get early check in and lady said 2pm perfect. So we got there at 1:45pm I know slightly early. When pulling onto the property there were no cars there. Felt vacant. No big deal but walking I to lobby lights were really dim and no one to be found. Stood there for 10 mins until someone came walking from the back. They looked are reservations up and said room is not ready. We asked any idea when it will be ready. Lady says no clue and she will call us when ready. So not sure what to do we went and got a late lunch. We did not get called until 3:30pm. Original check in time is 4pm so we didn’t get early check in. Once again no huge deal but was weird as no one was at the hotel. We go check in and our room is pretty nice. We actually laid down and took a little nap exhausted from traveling. When we went to turn the tv on the cable does not work. Try to use the WiFi that won’t work either. When then leave for 30 mins to go pick a pizza up. We sit down to eat a late dinner at about 9:30pm when all of a sudden our room door opens. I jump up and some random guy dressed in street clothes says wrong room. I was like what are you doing. He says his manager sent him to this room to see if someone was staying in it. Now the parking lot at 9pm when we got back had 3 cars in it. Maybe only 2 or 3 other rooms booked. How do you decide to walk into someone’s room at 9:30 at night. He didn’t apologize and almost seemed irritated I asked him what he is doing. This freaked my wife and I out. We thought about leaving but it being so late and such a long drive home we decided to stay. While going to check out once again no one to be found at front desk. I wrote a note that our room number is checking out. Then we get on to check our bank account and see they charged us an extra $100 for our stay. We called immediately and they said that was a mistake and will refund the $100. Long story short could be a nice hotel. But no staff, looks vacant, and I guess they like to come in your room late at night when they think you left. Beware of this place. We will never stay again and it left a bad taste in our mouth for the Ozarks.
