Very nice and neat place to stay at, they even got outdoor Onsen. Nice view outside the window and Jam bus stop right in front of the door

Breakfast is not as good as I expected, should consider doing some continental breakfast would be appreciated

Excellent location, amazing dinner and good breakfast. Onsen was a little small. Staff friendly and short walk to the gondola station. Best place we stayed in Tsugaike

Big room, amazing onsen and fair breakfast buffet. Staff was really helpful and it was on a 7min walk from the ski lift. Big ski storage room. Lots of older ppl staying here so no noice during the evening

Room was fabulous- clean, spacious, cozy. Gentleman at the front helped with all my questions Was my first experience with onsen, all instructions listed in English. Had a selection of different shampoo/conditioners to use. Location was easy to find, close to the bus station and ski hill

Clean,spacious and comfortable. The hot spring is good. Not far to the ski lift. The buffet breakfast is nice. The staffs are very friendly.
