Everything! A clean place, great and friendly staff. Comfortable beds (we stayed in a Japanese room) and delicious dinner (we reserved dinner each night we were there). Their onsen is clean and great! Highly recommended to stay here. Only 10 minds walk to Tsugaike gondola. Great location!

Amazing dinner, very spacious room, nice outdoor onsen. Very good value of money. Hope to come again in winter in the future

Great location in the Tsugaike area, just a few minutes walk to the bus station, where two lovely restaurant located. Small but nice and comfortable. Stayed in the Japanese style room and felt pretty soothing. Loved the bath too.

"Great hotel close to the snow with good food but hard beds."

Very clean and well maintained property. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. Car parking opposite the hotel. Wonderful food!

The pillows were like rocks and the beds uncomfortable

Very impressed how clean the bathroom was. I forgot to inform the staff that I am a vegetarian but they did help to give me something to eat and I appreciated it.
