Comfort Inn & Suites Tyler North

Easy to find, clean comfortable room, good selection of breakfast items, friendly staff.

Stains on pillow cases. The matress was good. Door would not close to the bathroom. Needed to be remodeled. Elevator was having issues. The elevator was not level with the floor when it stopped.

Comfortable hotel in a great central location in Tyler. The Staff bent over backwards to help in any way the could. They went over and above expectations.

Large, spacious rooms with restaurants nearby. Very comfortable.

TV remote missing, fridge door bent, no comforter on one of the beds, and only a tiny bit of toilet paper on the roll with no backup.

Cthe hitel was cean and the the staff was helpful and friendly, close to restaurants.

Used a third party reservation. 1030 PM we arrive and the front desk clerk could not find reservation, I gave her my copy. 20 minutes later I was told to repay again for the rooms and will fix next day. 7am no breakfast,(person did not show up). We went to Denny's across the street. Went to take a shower and no shower curtain in room. Asst GM tried for 20 min to fix the billing. All said and done. Paid $4 dollars less than the third party and still had to buy our own breakfast.

When I booked it did not tell me we would be in an adjoining room, and the insulation between the two rooms was horrible I was woken up at 4 in the morning because the neighbors were up and I could hear every word said just like they were in our room with us.

Very uncomfortable stay. Hotel is clean, staff polite but bed is VERY uncomfortable!

there were no towels in the room. They had ONE person working the hotel and it was completely full. We called the poor girl that was working and asked for towels and some cleaning supplies because the tables had not been wiped down. She brought 4 big towels and said they were out of hand towels and wash rags. The towels were horrible and thin. She said that was all that they had. She brought cleaning solution and used toilet paper to wipe off the table between the beds. The floor had not been vacuumed or mopped. The bathroom door was rusted and nasty. The caulk around the tub and toilet was brown and stained. I felt sorry for the girl working the hotel she was doing all she could do!
