Comfort Inn & Suites Tyler North

Room had old motel oder. Noisy; could here the adjoining room side like the door was open. Bad patch jobs and caulk repairs. Missing floor base around some areas in hall.

I loved this hotel and the staff!

The bed was amazing! Without a doubt, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The room was clean and nice. Staff was great!

Not a single chair in room and unable to reach housekeeping or operator by phone.

Hotel under renovation. Room was partially dismantled and A/C unit leaked water on carpet extending past bed.

I will stay again just had one problem with the bathroom shower floor was very dirty. I told the front desk and she finally got off her personal phone call to act baffled that I said something about the shower floor. she didn't offer to change rooms or nothing. Basically she said "well I don't know" The hotel is lovely and clean and comfortable. The location is great. There is a nice Restaurant across the street called Nickys..

We have stayed here 5 times in the last 5 months always with rave reviews. But we were disappointed when we were mwt and checked in by a young lady who was not very welcoming. Wont discourage us though!

This facility is way outdated and undergoing much needed renovation. My complaintbis that the customer should be advised when the property is under renovation.The paint fumes were strong...the room and the furnishings were old and worn.

Just stayed one night-- the hotel is on the outskirts of Tyler--not much around it. Property is outdated--BUT is in the middle of being remodeled. It was quiet and relatively quick access to interstate. Also, great Mexican food at Posadas, just a couple of blocks away. For one night-- it was ok.
