"Definitely stay again"

The Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice and delicious. The room was modern, clean and nicely decorated. It was nice to have the extra USB plug-ins.

I’m not sure what was louder, the busted heater, or the sound of the neighbors through the walls. Not at all what I expect from this franchise. There are way, way better options in town.

"Displeased with amenities."

Hair dryer not mounted on the wall. ICE MACHINE NOT ON MY FLOOR AS STATED BY THE SIGN. Refridgerator in room not working. My morning coke in fridge was hot when I went to get it. Very displeased with this since I don t drink coffee.

Amazing. Location to our destination was on point. Overall it was good stay. Had some little ants in my bathroom, but I killed them. Don't know if the third floor is used often.

" 7 miles from the 40."

We stopped off in Tyler Texas because we want to see the Rose Garden downtown which was a lovely side trip on our journey home. With Tyler not being an exceptionally high point for tourist travel the hotel doesn't probably see a lot of travel traffic, but still could use some refreshing to bring it in line with most other Holiday Inn Expresses.
