Hotel canceled reservation after trying to call me from their personal number and not the hotels business number, Ac was broken, shower would stop working for a second during use, no microwave in room despite being advertised with one, duct tape on/missing carpet, the back door to the hotel was broken and stuck open allowing zero security, took a full hour to get checked in, lighting flickers like a horror movie, the lock for keycards to our room didnt work, vending machine would not work properly, ironing board with no iron, broken safe, false advertising with pictures of room, cops outside inspecting cars parked at hotel and asking me questions why im staying here (i asked my self the same thing), smoke smell in room, and burn mark on wall

"No way to accept accommodation for homeless in the entrance area"

Airport Shuttle

Homeless people were sleeping in front of the entrance. I almost had to climb over them to get out of the hotel. "breakfast included" consisted of coffee and orange juice, emails were never answered, the check-in clerk was extremely unfriendly, and the bedding’s were stained.
