"receptionist had no clue about his job, should have been trained."

The staff at the reception was incompetent, wasted our precious time by not giving us right directions for Pick and drop from and to the airport, ended up arranging Uber at our own expense. Breakfast was not even a breakfast, it was a coffee and a Nurtribar,,,,, it should not be listed as breakfast.

The tap in the shower tub was not working at will and the handle was trying to falling off. It was a struggle to hold it and throw water on our body, mixture was bad,,,,,, water either could be cold or hot.
