The ease of finding the place, check in and the breakfast was great.

Attitude of the midnight clerk, she was rude. I was glad she left at 7 am so I could leave without seeing her again.

Parking was easy, could see my car from my room. The elevator was VERY slow. Had to wait for it to arrive then slow to move. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles were hard for my old hands to squeeze. There was no body soap except a tiny little bar.

Double queen-both bed sheets had something all over them. Lady was annoyed I ask for clean ones. Elevator was messed up. Bathroom was dirty, floor needed swept.

"Gross, needs new towels and linens and staff to clean rooms better."

Location

Dirty, the comforter was stained and gross. towels and wash rags old and rough shape, never had matching wash rags. Room was behind the elevator and barely had room to move around with luggage in room.

The floor creak and are very thin, or either a 400 lb person was in the unit above us. It was bad enough for us to lose sleep over it.
