Comfort Inn & Suites Conway

My stay at this suite was great me and my entire family loved our stay at this hotel from the pool to the breakfast everything was amazing we loved it the most because it was walking distance to a lot of stores very convenient quiet the hotel owner was very friendly. The only problem was our room was clean but the bedding was dirty with stains and hair other than that overall stay was amazing I'd recommend.

Need to get the elevator fixed.

The air conditioner.

This was a very disappointing stay, from the moment I walked in and met the rude female concierge desk attendant, to the broken elevator, to the 3rd floor room instead of a 1st floor for my handicapped grandmother and aunt, to the lack of staff and lack of kindness as we checked out. I would have to say the only good thing about this was the air conditioning. 1/5 stars.

Location good.

We were supposed to have king suite. Elevators were not working. Suites are on second and we could not carry luggage up stairs. I am disabled and spouse just had surgery. So we ended up with double queen next to the pool. Sanitation was not as good as it has been in the past. Shower curtain needed to be cleaned or replaced.

The elevator wasn’t working, staff changed the AC when I set it to a lower temperature because I was going to be out in the sun all day. Just overall not a great experience.

I paid for a king suite. I was given a junior suite. Not the same thing. Not the same price! The pool was great. The breakfast was good.

The elevator is out of service, not noted before reservation, they attempted to give me a 3rd floor room before moving to 2nd floor as the only option available. My keys stopped working and had to be reprogrammed it was 95 degrees outside when I got stuck outside. The power went out at 710am on Tuesday for almost an hour I require a cpap to sleep my rest disrupted and the phone line never answered. Not a good stay.
