Bed was hard ants in restroom old hotel giving it the old hacienda feel not bad for what you paid for

It is a Great Hotel with its landcapes making it feel diferent than the traditional hotels. Room did not have AC units but i am sure if you get a Suite it might have AC. Great Hotel overall and great experience. would be going back.

Safe resort, a tennis club for wealthy Mexican city folks. The staff was very nice, there are a few on staff who can help in English if your Spanish is not so good. The room was a bit small, but the price was great. My friends stayed at a 2BR air BNB for the same rate but this hotel was good for a last minute deal. If you play tennis, you should definitely go. On and the food, omg, so good.

The hotel is beautiful. However the staff at the restaurant is terrible and the beds are hard as a Rock! Never staying here again.

Pleasant experience, nice facilities and staff. However, I give it 4* because it's bit pricey. I think you can get better value for money. However, no complaints- really nice place with a good buffet breakfast.

Hotel rooms are spacious and have been decorated with a traditional Mexican decor which is nice, however some of the bedroom items (such as bedding and wall paintings) need updating. Some minor details with cleanliness as well (e.g corners and ceilings) but nothing important enough to complain about. We had some issues regarding the shower and the bathroom (leaks) but we were immediately moved to another room. No problems after that. Reception and bell boys were exceptionally helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant had many options with traditional tasty Mexican food. All food was prepared fresh and displayed a high degree of care. You can have omelettes and quesadillas freshly made in front of you and you choose the fillings! Amazing value for the amount of food you can get and also because they stop serving food until noon. Hotel surroundings were pretty and big, offering gardens, swimming pool and sports courts.

The "manager" or person in charge when I checked in was rude and told me he had a group to take care of before me. All guest should be treated well, not just groups.

Room was not clean at all, specially the bathroom, the toilet was dirty and we found a dead bug on the floor. We ordered dinner to the room and the tray stay outside of the room more than 20 hours we even call to get it removed but they didn't.
