Racquet Cuernavaca

The hotel is on beautiful forested land in a gracious neighborhood of Cuernavaca. The neighborhood is up higher than the Centro, so its cooler and quiet. The hotel was clean and cleanliness and safety was emphasized in signs throughout the buildings.

This is my second visit to this hotel, it is a good choice to stay in Cuernavaca

The place is beautiful, but they could improve a better service, the time of waiting in the Restaurant is too long.

Slow check-in: for 10 min my reservation was looked for in spite of presenting a copy to the reception. Then a room was given but NOT one we paid for, we protested and it was replaced to a very nice one. "Continental" breakfast was a joke: coffee, juice and toast - we paid for it separately at reservation and got special tickets with multiple indications that tip is not included - but a meal for lunch and dinner was truly excellent. Service at restaurant was "surprising": a waiter forgot to bring a bread, a knife for meat and then ... a bill, as a result we looked over the restaurant how to pay. It was also pretty annoying to see in restaurant construction workers in dirty clothes moving around. It was also not a pleasure to see construction garbage kept at parking lot. Leaving we discovered in our room a person who came in our absence to check minibar! I would qualify this "hotel" as rooms attached to tennis courts. Noise from the road specially in the morning is very bad It is certainly overpriced. Surely, we will not return to this place to stay overnight but to have lunch or dinner - it might be.

I liked the pool and the gardens, breakfast was delicious.

It was a beautiful place. The food was great too!

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. The gardens are great. It is a tennis club, the hotel seems improvised. The rooms are spacious but really old and the worst part is the noise. I really heard everything happening in the bathroom next door. It was really disappointing.

Lovely gardens and great tennis players..very impressed walking around and seeing great athletes

Property is close to Centro yet far enough to provide a tranquil setting. Beautiful old hacienda with great vegetation. Service is wonderful and food inexpensive yet excellent.

Activities are amazing like tenis, yoga, soccer and swimming pool... gym would be better. Room was clean and spacious.
