The service at the resort and the restaurant was amazing. any room service request made was catered to within 5 minutes. The restaurant staff (especially Biplab Das) was super friendly and very accommodating. Any special food request made for my 4 yr old daughter was fulfilled in the best manner. The interior of rooms is a bit outdated. But they have planned renovation of rooms which got delayed due to covid. Overall a very relaxing experience. 5 stars for the hospitality.

Very good hotel with very good and helpful staff. Stayed there for two nights with family. Variety of choices for in-room dining as well as buffet at restaurant. The staff make you feel very welcomed.

Resort is old but maintained [ ok ok ] but no worth for money , cottages are ok compared to rooms. Food costly around 40% more than 3 star category. No activities like camp fire. About in-door games are usual with single carom board , one snake ladder board and one chess board
