This is a good option if location is your main priority. Close to all of the action, and easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. It would be great to see them make some minimal investments in updating the hotel as well as the pool area. In addition, I think they should discontinue some of the offerings like the Thursday night karaoke and the additional bar that is open on the weekends, as these things only create additional noise for guests, while being enjoyed by VERY few patrons. I realize that they are trying to create a fun environment, but people come to Miami for the nightlife, not to sing karaoke in the hotel bar. Just my opinion :)

Great location, but rooms can really vary. I’ve had some really nice rooms here, and some not so good. Bathrooms are all tiny, and there’s nowhere to put any of your toiletries. The hotel can get a little bit noisy, but it’s South Beach, so you kinda have to deal with that. Pool area is quite nice.

Fabulous! Loved staying here. Staff was lovely, chill spots, pool, sofa on the front terrace for smoking. People watching was great. Everyone I met was friendly. Near lots of good spots to eat and hang out. How much more do I need to write before I can chill out lol Oh, and an extra shout-out to the lovely Junior night watch man. He was fab and made me feel very safe.

The staff especially the young guy at the front desk he let me keep my.luggage overnight as i had booked another place for my first nite also let.me use the pool till my room was ready

Phenomenal experience at this hotel. I absolutely loved it. I actually stayed back in 2022 and John helped me out. I’m not sure if he’s still here but he was wonderful. The space is very clean and has a very artistic vibe to it. It is not as modern as other places, but that is also a part of its charm and it has a nice pool and restaurant on site. Also very close and walking distance no more than three minutes to the beach and lots of good bars and restaurants around phenomenal location.

The TV did not work and the bathroom window would not close. There are no tables at the beach and an umbrella is an additional charge. This is what you get for an inexpensive stay near Espanola Way. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is convenient to a beautiful beach. Overall, I was satisfied. However, I had one isssue as a guest at the pool with no-one else present - I explained to the General Manager that I found the music at pool too loud butaccording to him the volume was set and could not be changed. Small wonder there was no-one at the pool.

It was clean but the room was very old.
