The room was clean and comfortable. Will look to rebook on my next visit.

When the Snowmass rodeo was over, I called the front desk for transportation back to the hotel and only got voicemail to leave message. Please improve this process for accommodating after hours. The last thing needed is another app to register for a one time use.

The bed was comfortable

Got there at 6pm only to discover that they are the only hotel in Snowmas/Aspen that closes their pool and Hot tub at dinner time. If you're looking to enjoy a night sky in the hot tub with your wife keep looking, this isn't the place. I won't be back.

It was a great location and a beautiful view of the mountains. Very nice! The hotel was very good condition and easy access. We enjoyed our stay.

I was told we would have a king size bed with a sofa bed OR two queens. Upon arrival, i was told we were getting the king size bed and sofa bed, but our bed was a queen with a pull out.

The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The food was excellent and the wait staff were very accommodating. The gentleman at the front desk was informative and nice.

rooms were old. can hear road/car noise. heating barely works. internet extremely slow.
