Think twice before booking at Stonebridge. Their customer service is shockingly heartless and inflexible. Just days before our stay, my partner became seriously ill. We contacted the hotel immediately and asked for one simple accommodation: to change the dates, not cancel the trip. Stonebridge refused outright. No flexibility, no empathy, no basic human decency. Instead of showing even minimal understanding, they chose to be cold and dismissive about a legitimate health emergency. As a result, we’re now being charged $1,400 for a stay we physically could not attend due to illness. If you’re looking for a place that treats guests like numbers and prioritizes policies over people, Stonebridge is perfect. If you expect compassion or reasonable customer service, look elsewhere. I will never book with Stonebridge again, and I strongly suggest others reconsider before risking their money with a business that lacks basic humanity.
