The facilities were very beautiful

When we arrived at the Hotel there were hairs in the bathroom and on the bed

The location of the property was great. The entire Snowmass village is exceptionally beautiful and this property is nothing different. The views are great, the hotel is clean and decorated. The lobby is beautiful, the outdoor/pool section is beautiful. The rooms were neat, tidy and beautiful. A microwave oven in the room would have done.

There is nothing much to mention that I didn’t like about the property.

We had a great stay. Bed was cozy, room was cute and staff was very helpful. We got complimentary rides to and from the airport and anywhere else in the village we needed to go to (grocery store, mall, etc). The bus station for Aspen is right outside the hotel which was incredibly convenient. We also loved spending time in the hot tub, amenities were great. I would stay there again!

Location was good, overall clean and quiet

Not a good value for the money

Very nice hotel, the decor in the lobby and hallways is tasteful. We enjoyed the restaurant more than the room itself, but that's part of the experience! I highly recommend you to try the mushroom soup there.

The room was rather small and less comfortable than we would have liked.
