Cinnamon Bear Inn

Location was good. Included a hot breakfast but in very small room. Our room was large and included a refrigerator. No carpet, just lvp flooring which was nice.

Did not consider this hotel a 3 star hotel. The mattresses were too soft, the rugs in the room were tattered, the finishes were worn. The rugs were the type in our garage, very utilitarian.

Better than average hotel breakfast...good stuff.

Great location. Super cute old school motel vibe. Good hot tub. Great price for the small single room.

There was some cosmetic wear and tear in my room, but nothing major.

Heater didn’t work the first night. Walls are very thin. Breakfast food was completely gone an hour before breakfast was over.

The heater was turned off at night around 9:30 PM, and since the office is closed from 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM (which is very strange), there was nobody available to help us. Due to the cold weather, the room temperature dropped to 18°C without any heating, and the room became extremely cold. Additionally, the breakfast was terrible—it was practically nothing. Customer service was also very poor. When we arrived, the room was not ready, and when we asked to use a restroom, we were told there was no bathroom available on-site and were instructed to cross the street to a coffee shop and use their bathroom.

Location, friendly staff

Uncomfortable beds, poor amenities, TV and wifi do not function, expensive for what it is.
