Cinnamon Bear Inn

Loved the cozy area for reading and eating. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. The outside area had picnic tables and well-lit at night for my doggie's potty breaks.

There wasn’t any air conditioning which we missed somehow and opening the window didn’t let in any air since there is no way for it to pass through the room. The shower didn’t work well, the floors were dirty and the hot tub was out of order. This hotel would have been worth the value at less than $100 not $250.

We booked 2 rooms with two Queen beds in each, upon arrival we discovered that someone else was sleeping in one of our rooms. Our question about how an unknown person could've occupied/taken the room that they have assigned to our reservation went unanswered (we overheard them talking to owner/manager and she literally said "I don't know who is in that room"). After a bit of back and forth they substituted "stolen" double-queen room with 2 single-bed rooms, one of which smelled like sewer while acting like this whole situation was our fault (that is after telling us the they were "sold out" and no other rooms were available). No apologies or anything from the management the next day, they were actually nowhere to be found. I would advise to stay away as this is poorly managed place with subpar facilities, no safety protocols and non-existent customer service.
