Pioneer Park Rentals Downtown Bend

I was skeptical of the room because the pictures of it were beautiful - there was no way this was the room we were renting… but it was! The room and the commendations were more than what I could’ve hoped for! The location also is outstanding.

A great location. Had everything you needed for a short trip!

Place was great. Would have like to have seen more bedding for the sofa sleeper and maybe more blankets for the bedroom.

Great downtown location fronts on a park. Nicely remodeled. 2 balconies. Quiet. Kitchen had everything, good quality. Useful laundry room. Attentive staff on site.

One clothes dryer was not working. Would be nice to have laundry detergent packets included for no charge. Hot water was not working upon our arrival but was promptly fixed.

This is for a specific unit ‘it must have Bend love’ for a memorial weekend stay. I’ve stayed at this property in different units 5 times. I enjoy the (indoor) pool and jacuzzi on property. And location is ideal for a river walk on the Deschutes. 15 min walk along river to downtown area.

Shower pressure, wifi issues, check in door code issue. Early lawn mowing at 7am for ground floor unit is not cool. Door code did not work on check in late. Luckily they have after hours number to call. Bad shower pressure and was leaking. WiFi did not work as they put new routers in but did not update the network/password info. Had to call again. Friendly onsite office staff helped with some issues.

This is a little unknown gem. I booked a studio here and I was right on the edge of downtown and close to the river. I didn't need to check in as they emailed me a code to the unit, which was keyless. My room had a kitchen and felt like an Airbnb. Hung out with friends downtown and didn't need a car. I could walk everywhere.

Original room was not five star has advertised. The fixtures were chipped.Floors were missile and other problems would keep it from being five star. However after complained to expedia They put me a apartment that was five star.

We loved it my sister and I stayed there and it was absolutely perfect very very nice anything everything you might need just like home I highly recommend it

Cute little room, wonderful area. Loved the rooms and amenities. Floors were not mopped however. I spilled some water on the floor first night and when I used a paper towel to dry it, the towel came up black. Not a little dusty or speckled... Straight up black. I spot checked a few other areas of the condo and found the same thing in all rooms. I got the impression it had not been mopped for quite a while. Everything else was great with the rental.
