Lots of space, two balconies included, park in proximity.

The walls are paper thin. The instructions from owner tell you that you need to be quiet, but none of the residents respect it - I didn’t get a single hour of sleep there.

Did not like at all the fact that the TV system did not have access to Cable. We couldn't watch our programs. We would not stay there again. The place was clean and comfortable, but because of this, we will not be back

The apartment was clean, comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay again

No batteries in the only clock in the place. Stopper in main bathroom stuck down. Only one face towel in main bathroom. Hard for two old ladies to climb three stories of stairs. I thought it was going to be on the second story.

Shabby, poorly maintained. No response from management for problems despite 2 visits to the office and 3 phone calls on a weekday. Bed is soft from age with old ratty linens and bed covers. Couch has major rips in the fake lather. Paint on the floors; peeling paint in the bathrooms. The only positives are the location by the park and Deschutes river and good working A/C. Not surprisingly the link to leave this review publicly doesn't work.

Great location next to the Deschutes River. Easy access to the river trail for a 10 minute walk downtown. We love staying here.
