Great communication from staff and easy access for us on the third floor. We are fine with stairs. Nice view. Quiet during our stay. Good location for Bend and adjacent areas. Nice place to walk or bike right along the river.

Would have preferred a king bed as opposed to a queen.

It was my first time staying in this side of the property, and I was not disappointed! There was a lovely fireplace spot to sit and drink coffee and look out at the fall trees! Felt very cozy. This unit (Downtown Abby, I love that they all get cute names) had a well appointed and pretty kitchen but I didn’t do any cooking. It’s just a few blocks into downtown and Sidelines makes Killer breakfast! The bed was comfortable and the whole place was clean. It is an older building so you occasionally hear your neighbors, but I wasn’t disturbed. This location is so convenient to go on a walk on the river trail, or hop onto the parkway it’s quicker to get (or make your way home from 🍻) anywhere in Bend! The keyless doors!!! I love that I don’t have to stress about a silly magnetic strip card.

This location can't be beat. I was in town for a conference. This place is right on the edge of downtown and I was able to walk to the Deschutes Brewery for dinner and a pint one night, and the Pine Tavern the next. It was also maybe two football fields away from the edge of the Deschutes River and the river trail. I was expecting something more akin to a hotel room but it was actually a full-sized condo and much more space than I needed (I was solo). The places here all have funny names. My condo was called "Leaf Your Troubles Behind."

I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Overall, the room was okay. Didn't seem overly dirty, but it was clearly old, and when retrieving something from under the couch it was obvious that it's never been cleaned. The grounds are okay too, but the maintenance crew came in at 8am on a weekday and blew leaves and mowed for at least an hour right past the door and sliding glass window several times. The best part about this unit is how close it is to downtown.

The location was right by the river. Bed was comfortable. The apt was roomy. Kitchen had plenty of glasses, silver and plates.

Would like a guide for TV. A book that suggests restaurants, sites, activities nearby. There was no fan above the stove. We set fire alarm off cooking breakfast.

It is very nature-friendly, and the park and valley right in front are fantastic. The accommodation is a bit old, so there were some inconveniences, but the bed was great, and I slept well. The service at the desk was kind, and I appreciate that they helped me check in a bit earlier.
