Spruce Point Inn Resort and Spa

The rooms were nice. Perfect place for children as there are two pool, one of which is heated, and they set up a s’mores station in the evening. I loved the hot tub with the ocean view. The food was delicious. Had breakfast there and the best chicken wings ever.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Spruce Point Inn Resort and Spa. It was exactly what my husband and I needed. From the beautiful ocean views and cozy atmosphere to the inviting staff and lovely accommodations, this place was certainly top notch. We can’t wait to go back next summer!

Amazing location overlooking the bay, classic Maine experience where you go to unwind and just take a moment for yourself. Food was a highlight of our stay as well, I can understand why the chefs recently won two local cooking competitions. We will be returning to Spruce Point Inn

Great stay from start to finish! We brought our teenage boys here for the first time and had an amazing time. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and there was always something to do. We loved the boat tour with one of the resort’s captains, the daily activities, and the weekend s’mores were a perfect touch. We made so many great family memories and are already looking forward to coming back someday as empty nesters

Worse visit in 11 years of staying at Spruce Point. Guest rooms are not being adequately cleaned, furnished or updated. It is time for the resort to get a complete makeover. The rooms need to be gutted and refurnished, the grounds updated and all the amenities improved. The owners of Spruce Point need to spend a few nights on Cape Neddick to understand what a resort stay is like and why guests are willing to pay more for that experience. Unless you can find a house keeper and beg them to make up the room it will not be done. Since we are required to pay Resort Fees but never use the resort facilities perhaps that money can be applied to extra housekeeping? The stairwells were covered with storm debris days after the storm. WIFI did not work all weekend. The fireplace was not working. The Inn should rethink the pet policy. Pet waste is everywhere: on the front stairs leading up to the main lobby and smeared into the guest room carpets. I would be more than happy to pay extra for a pet free room.

The setting was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and well set up.

On a roadtrip through New England. Spruce Point Inn was a stop alog the way for a short overnight stay on our way to visit the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens
