Front of house member of staff very rude no welcome no appologie for no parking witch this hotel states free parking no mention of first come first served didnt seem intrested stipulated double bed was told yes on phone conversation arrived two single beds breakfast terrible not very nice cheap ingredents manager of hotel seemed to busy to address my concerns steps in swimming pool very un safe as thay were broken virtually away from mountings overall very poor hotel avoid there are far better ones around bournmouth would never stay there again

The staff were polite

When I asked upon arrival the staff told me the bar wasn't open, there were no food options apart from breakfast and the pool wasn't open. Yet the hotel description states bar, restaurant and pool!

Food was good, friendly staff, clean

Needs a lot of repairs / maintenance the body wash gel holder was broken could not use it, rusty ceiling and the bathroom door wearing out peeling at the bottom , this is in room 9.
