Amazing experience, the staff was exceptionally accommodating and welcoming, would definitely stay again!

Zoetry Marigot Bay markets itself as a premium luxury retreat, but claiming 5 stars is a staggering piece of fiction. If I am being entirely charitable, this place operates at the level of a tired 3 star property. I have never felt so comprehensively fleeced in my life. The culinary offerings are simply atrocious. Serving such unpalatable meals is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff suffer from a severe and collective attitude problem (especially the “barista” at Coco Cafe). It is genuinely astonishing to pay top dollar only to be treated like an absolute inconvenience by people who seem to resent their own guests. Then there is the beach. Shocking is the only word that comes to mind. It is a bleak, uninviting strip with severe noise pollution that completely betrays every glossy marketing photo they peddle. They are demanding astronomical rates for an experience that is essentially punitive. Consider this a glaring warning. Save your money, protect your peace, and take your business somewhere that actually respects it. There needs to be serious accountability from Hyatt for this level of daylight robbery.

Location was beautiful, friendly staff, rooms and pool area were nice.

Food was not great in the resort. Driftwood Restaurant was not included in the all inclusive package and was poor quality and very overpriced. Pool was lovely but all sunbeds usually gone by 7:30am.

The location is beautiful, the pools and organised classes were great.The accommodation was spacious and nice to have lovely balcony

The F&B was poor and the service generally mixed. If you asked for things they generally could accommodate but not what you would expect from a resort of this class
