Zoetry Marigot Bay - All Inclusive

beautiful property! i’m so thankful i chose this resort for my honeymoon! lots of amazing views and plenty of fun things to do! tge food was amazing and so were the drinks! the staff was amazing and were very welcoming, they acted as if we were old friends. overall 10/10 recommend.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und hochklassig. Das Resort ist gross und hat verschiedene Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist top da die Marigot Bay ein ruhiger Ort ist.

The general manager is the best I have seen in my life. The Staff are so dedicated to their customers. A special congratulations to Niel who is the best butler I ever seen The accommodation are great and well kept The food is varied and delicious thanks to a dedicated and performant Director Mavendra and an experienced Swiss Chef ! They all are fantastic congratulations!!!

Harbour front is pretty and the view is nice.

Not good value, food was bad and selection limited, drinks were cheap and sugary. Pool was nothing fabulous. No activities included for the price (no onsite yoga, no nightlife, just music at dinner).

Location, restaurants, pool side facilities, room view, room facilities, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, spa, gym And access to the beach, All facilities made Zoetry an ideal getaway resort.

One room has to be accommodated for a couple but was challenging to convert due to design of lighting in the room. Some light bulbs did not work. Lack of umbrella for rainy days. Attention to detail via a checklist is recommended to ensure consistency during room cleaning and will help the house keeping team members. Room service app did not work at any time. Experiences offered must be reviewed to ensure they do not coincide with inclusive offers. Service can be further improved in restaurants with focused resources as there were times orders were fulfilled due to busy periods. 5 star rated properties must ensure resourcing, planning to deliver a consistent service with attention to detail.

The property was very hilly. Got a lot of steps in. It was truely an "all inclusive." However, they did put food and drink items on the menu to pay for.

Unfortunately the restaurants were out of certain items on the menu at the beginning of our stay. The first room they assigned us was ridiculous. It was up an incredibly steep hill (had to walk up a 30 degree slope) and then walk up to the third floor (all stairs). They finally figured out they could drive up another hill to get us to the top of the hill. It took us 2 hours to check-in. We asked for a change and they accomodated us the next day. We ordered room service for dinner on their app. An hour later we called and they said they never got our order.

The property was beautiful in a very beautiful location the food at the pool bar and 1461 was the best by far.

Some staff seemed unhappy and the food at the cove for dinner did not speak to me as 5 star. I love Italian but what I got was not at all Italian.
