The room was unclean as far as walls having chunks of paint missing along with fabric on chair. The bathtub had mold.

"Hard pass…"

Very basic hotel, not clean. For $250 a night I expected a lot more. We did choose this hotel because during the summer it was one of the less expensive hotels and we do like to try and stay at local hotel vs chains when we can. I would definitely had rather spent the extra $100 for a cleaner and nicer hotel.

"Ok stay"

Room was recently renovated. Furniture was nice. Phone was not hooked. Tv was not sinked up with remote and remote didnt correspond with tv. No channel listings in room or to operate the tv. Pool and hot tub were down the first day there. Had to ask for extra towels first night. They didnt clean the room the entire stay so we set the small waste basket in the hallway to get it emptied.

"You get what you pay for"

Nice appearance, it was clean... But when we got to room.. it hadn't been opened and aired out... A/c didn't work except for being on all the time... No towels... Room wasn't ready for rental... So we froze/ or sweated all night . Front desk wasn't very helpful...

"Exceptional"

This is a really nice hotel. The staff go above and beyond to be welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.

Night desk staff was unhelpful. Furniture was chipped. Bathroom shower was difficult to operate. No hot water in am. Hot tub not working. Not enough food at breakfast.

"Dated and in need of maintenance "

Check in was a breeze and customer service was alright. The condition of the hotel was rough. There were multiple things wrong with our room, which leads me to believe other rooms were in the same state. First off, safety…the dead bolt on our door was misaligned due to the hinges being bent, so it was impossible to deadbolt the door. The safety door latch was useless due to screws being loose and missing. Other things in disrepair: -bathroom fan didn’t work -soft spot on bathroom floor where the floor was sinking so bad the tiles were loose. -microwave was a messy disaster -buttons on the air conditioner didn’t work -the drawers wouldn’t stay shut on the dresser, causing a fall hazard because they kept sliding all the way out. It was a dated hotel, but maintenance was incredibly poor which made the stay quite unenjoyable.
