The room nice and large the view nice river view the room clean comfortable bed. The location far away from city 30 min by tram. And 20 min by car. The staff must be smily and welcome The check in very slowly and they take 200 rubble for passport regeneration!!! Istay in moscow no one ask me for this fees

"Safe bet overall"

Had two stays here. Nice standard hotel. Seems like some rooms are a little newer renovation than others but still good. Amazing views!!! Walking distance to some sights, a grocery store, a sabway stop. Very nice breakfast. Some tiny details were off (no clothes hooks in bathroom, fridge purposely kept at room temperature :-/, single room is very small) but averall a nice great place and a safe bet. Would stay here again.

The registration was too slow. The room was too small for 3 people.Natalia. the supervisor was very good. The breakfast was excellent, but too crowded.

There was a major issue at the time of Check-in. Though there was no major rush , it took them more than 3 hours to check us in. We had specifically asked for all the 3 rooms on the same floor which was our major criteria to book the hotel but we were given rooms on 3 different floors. The Front desk manager didn't want to speak to us & put his phone extension off the hook. He was not even responding to his front office staff who were also apparently fed up of him.

Room was clean with all modern amenities. Restaurant service was very good. Some staff did not speak a lot of English. Overall a nice hotel with good views and easy walking distance to city attractions

Very clean room, awesome breakfast and great location. Worth paying extra to have view on the city. Also good service from staff, frig was not working and they replaced it the same day.

View from the hotel room was absolutely amazing. If you want the best views of almost the entire city from your window, you should certainly consider staying at this hotel.
