Hotel Saint Petersburg

The Location and the view on the Neva river was amazing. The furnitures in the room need to be updated, they were old and damaged. There was no air conditioning. I had to open the window to get some air and it can be noisy from the street bellow with all the cars passing by.

The hotel is just located along the Neva River with good view at all. It is closer to metro station and easily access to the downtown area. Room is so comfortable and spacious.

Good location to old parts of the city. Very nice view if you get a top floor with looks to the river. Breakfast is included with a decent buffet. There is a top floor restaurant called LeVie that is great at sunset. Food is OK and maybe a little pricey to portions. The main restaurant downstairs is not that good. There is a restaurant in the street behind called Ferma that is really good. There is no gym or fitness area. But, if you like to run, you can lap around the river and bridges.

We were upgraded to river view room on the 5th floor. It was beautiful view from floor to ceiling windows. The blackout curtains were great making the room completely dark. The restroom was very large and had a wonderful spacious shower with a ceiling shower that felt like a personal rainshower, with excellent water pressure. I felt rejuvenated after each shower. Convenient to metro station only 2 - 4 stops from all the main attractions. Staff were so helpful and pleasant too. It was a great vacation. I fell in love with St. Petersburg!

No air conditioning! Booked a room with 2 beds and the room,had 2 SINGLE beds! Found a roach in bedroom

Big hotel near Finlandskya raiway station. Staff ok, rooms ok except from our bathroom there was water tripping from roof. Good hotel to have conferences. Nice restaurant. Walking distance from blood church (about 30min walk)

Chose river side rooms but gave us back side room.

The hotel was in a convenient location and the view from my window was great. The traffic noise with the windows closed was loud. The hotel put the wrong date on my visa voucher. They confirmed their error and refused a refund of the rebooking charges that I had to pay. A fellow traveler found his suite at 110 degrees unsatisfactory. They changed his room to a very small room with a twin bed and refused to refund the difference. The room needed the carpet cleaned and the shower curtain had a pink mold that indicated it should have been changed a long time ago. The employees were like robots with no ability to make decisions.

Great location near all the places of interest, friendly staff at reception but not so friendly at the restaurant, I asked to the restaurant staff to heat baby food and they refuse to do it.

Arrived at hotel, slow check-in, No facility to change money to Rubals and local banks closed. Wanted room service, hotel will not acceptsigning food to room. Must pay cash or use card. No cash till banks open following day, would not accept American Express, Banks open at 10.45 the following day and a 15 minute walk to bank, so my family went hungary.Room no airconditioning and facing South. dirty, Wallpaper coming off walls, very hot with mold on walls. There had been a fire in the room at some stage and table was burnt. Hotel management agreed with me it was a very poor quality room.
