İt is close to a metro station, the hotel is quite big and empty.

The staff could not communicate in English, we made two separate booking for 3 days, and we wanted to ask if we could stay in the same room without check-out and check-in again. They could not understand our questions. During this frustrating situation, there was one young female receptionist kept laughing and whispering to the staff who was trying to help us, it didn't feel professional at all. (Our problem was eventually solved by someone speaking Turkish to the reception.)
