Castle Bamboo Waikīkī Hotel

Loved the feel of the place you know you where in Hawaii ,staff where very helpful and always polite .Great position

Had a blocked bathroom sink for the whole stay reported it but wasn’t fixed a bit annoying also very noisey but that’s not the hotels fault ,I understand that .Also that the pool was closed when we choose the hotel because it had a pool that looked like it had easy access for Melb

Location is great. Bed is comfortable. This was our second time staying here

Noisy, first time we stayed we had a room facing the pool and it was quiet. This time we had one facing the main street and you could hear the traffic. Staff at reception is not rude, but is also not super welcoming

Close to everything, in a walking distance, Waikiki beach, food, zoo, and shopping area. Staff are nice and helpful.

The room can be outdated.

Very walkable distance to central waikiki. Food places everywhere. Close to sim card store for those traveling from abroad.

No in hotel ATM. Rooms felt oddly placed. Our room had a single ceiling light that was in the corner. Bathroom was super tiny. There were 3 different balconies which was really just dead space. Have a feeling it was 2 different rooms that was somehow meshed into one. Level 8 also had a weird odor. Think the carpet may have gotten wet and just gave off a feet scent. Quite dated hotel, but still functional. Daily cleaning is only done on request and with a fee. Laundry machines didn't accept international visa cards so we couldn't do laundry.

調理に必要な設備、器具、食器、カトラリー、キッチンタオル、洗剤、スポンジ等、すべて揃っていて大変助かりました。 　ビーチやバス停、ショッピングのための店舗等のアクセスには便利な位置にある貴ホテルなので良かった。 　ホテルのどのスタッフの方々も、こちらからの質問や要望に対して即座に答え解決してくれ、気もちよかったです。

部屋への到着時、セーフティーボックスがロックされたままで困った。(スタッフがすぐに解決してくれた) 　シャワーや蛇口からの給湯温度が時折低いままの時があった。 　TVの視聴の仕方が分からなかった。 　到着前からエアコンの電源は入っていたが、リモコンが動作せずに困った。

La vue sur la plage était magnifique. La chambre était propre. La piscine était belle. C'était extrêmement bien situé. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir louer des chaises de plage.

Certains employés étaient moins avenants.
