Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Garland/Dallas

There was too much noise inside the building both nights i was there, like some one was doing construction work. There was also a very damp and musty smell throughout the building. There was also a bar of used soap left in the shower when i arrived. Good on a budget that's it

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel clerk/manager is the rudest man I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Don’t stay at this hotel! The room stunk so bad it made my autistic nephew throw up. The manager would not give a different room and too late to change hotels. They kept my deposit. The continental breakfast was a muffin and kolache in a paper sack. If you have any self-respect, do not stay here.

Had no issues staying at the hotel. Was here for business and was accommodated on several occasions by front desk staff. Quiet area with food options within walking distance. Breakfast could be better but other than that, it was comfortable.

Very bad smell in room. All furnitures were dirty. Bathrooms were not clean. Lot of hair and many dirty stuffs along the floor and on the bed also in bathroom too.

First off I paid for 2 days at once held it on my card so I could use an online deal pay cash when I arrived. I stayed one day no issues second day issues I was babysitting my sister's Chihuahua who was just going to be gone an hour to Walmart which is walking distance from the hotel and the owner flipped his lid kicked me out took all my things and threw them out the side door of the motel where stood for people that could have taken my things my laptop my purse everything was out there my duffel bags everything I'm crying at this point don't understand he's rushing me and rushing me give me 10 minutes to get all my stuff out of there and remind you I was staying for 2 days he said if I didn't get my stuff out there in 10 minutes he wasn't giving my deposit back. So I broke some things putting them away so so I broke some things putting them away so fast. And he's standing there the whole time. I go to leave and he's telling me to come around to the front to get my deposit well I can't leave my things inside the building like he did with all those people standing around so I had to wait for my Uber to get there to go to the front just for him to tell me that the money has to go back on the card that it was rented with but it wasn't rented with a card it was held with a card it was paid in cash I just couldn't argue with him any f****** more. He's a very evil evil man do not stay here unless you want to be harassed and kicked out of your room and thrown to the dogs after paying good money to stay there. I want to speak to corporate I want to speak to his boss

Very nice and clean hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and conveniently located. Front desk was very polite. Would recommend

The worst. Dirty, smelly and itchy. Read all the bad reviews, they are honest. Room smells moldy. AC unit has dust all over it. Sheets are itchy. Carpet has stains. This is the worst Microtel I've seen. I would rather stay at a rest stop then here.

My stay was really great. I have nothing but good things about this hotel.
