Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Garland/Dallas

Property was clean, comfortable and in good condition. A few sketchy individuals were hanging around however and did not make me feel secure. Towing a trailer, I was forced to park on the street. The clerk was not the friendliest, and there was no breakfast although it was listed. Bargain rate, however.

This is the first time I’ve ever wrote one of these. However, I just came in on international trip and was exhausted, upon checking in I was already a little sketched. I then get to the room and was so tired I didn’t want to deal with anything so just passed out. Upon waking up I started to look around and it was quite filthy. Females fake nail on the floor, food on the floor, what looks to be blood on the couch cushion and the wall behind the couch, stains throughout the carpet, cracked and outlets not working and the disgusting stain on the towel, asked for a new desk chair due to the one in room being broken and was told no. Not to mention the weird distinctive smell. I checked out the next morning and glad I did! This place is so bad wyndham should cancel their franchise agreement with them.

The front desk clerk was very nice, but room was disappointing. There were no hangers in the closet.Clerk brought them to me. Carry out breakfast was muffin & almost frozen pig in blanket, but no microwave. styrocup at coffeebar had hole in it. Coffee ran everywhere. No napkins or personel to help with cleanup.

Good stay. Comfortable and clean

Everything was great. The only issue I had was the fire alarm went off just as I was drifting off to sleep. No fire, just the alarm. I do not know if they were just testing the alarm or if something just tripped the alarm.

Shower sucks Bed was hard

When I walked into the property, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d made the right choice. But when I got to my room, all was confirmed that I had in fact made the right choice. My room was clean and neat. There was no smell. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely be back. Great job!

It was a very pleasant stay, with excellent staff. I appreciate the area which was not polluted with trash and solicitors.

If it was possible to give this hotel a negative rating it would be -5/10 . This hotel needs major improvements. The room isn’t properly cleaned and has a very weird distinct smell. Tried to get a new blanket that doesn’t have cigarettes burns and I was threatened to be kicked out. When checking and going inside your room, the employees will stop dead in their tracks to watch your every move as if you have something wrong with you. Front desk worker is quite rude also . Overall this hotel needs new improvements and better workers.

We chose this hotel because it was close to my moms house. The room was extremely small. Found actual boogers on the walls, french fries on the floor next to the bed and there were poop stains on the sheets. We definitely wont be back.
