The hotel ran out of water for about 10 hours and the guys at the hotel were very rude about the situation.

Not much, but it was easy to book online.

The location is next to a gas station that has a lot of vagrants and sketchy people. The employee at the front office acted like he didn't want to be there. No smile. No greeting. No welcome. No "thank-you." The mattres had a big dent on the side where I was laying that I thought I was going to fall out of bed.

I love the price

What I dislike was the room, everything in the room not worth the stay, towels were dirty, bed was uneven.

The lady in the office acted like she was better tban everyone who came in. Really snobby and condescending. She was totally in the wrong neighborhood...

If I were you, I would remove this hotel completely off the list.

The property was closed. I have asked for a full refund and expect to get it from your end

Took my money after booking online even tho they did not have power and now refuse to refund it ($175). Sad sacks of crap taking advantage of people during a natural disaster. I’d give negative stars if possible.

Bed was uncomfortable which made my nights sleep horrible..comforter had burned holes all over it..obviously from someone smoking. I requested a Non-Smoking room. THE VIEW was of the highway which runs right in front the property... overall it was ok...
