"Excellent"

The hotel was overall clean and staff was really friendly. The only thing that due to how humid it is in the area, the room had a smell of humidity that was a little off putting. The breakfast was great!

"Night manager needs a raise!!"

The night manager was PHENOMENAL!! We got lost & called him. He called back shortly to check on us. Then he guided us in with our RV to make sure our camper was safe & out of the way. He even loaded our bags onto a cart for us. After driving for almost 17 hours, he was a God send!!

The lobby smelled really bad and the room smelled like mildew. The pool seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the water was foggy. My husband and son ended up getting bit up so i believe our room had bed bugs. All and out it was dirty and smelled terrible! I will never stay there again!

Check ✔️ n was quick and efficient. The property had lost of free 🏞️ ng. 4 pillows in n each of the b day was a nice additional. This is a good hotel, not great.

The rooms had blood, mold, dirty sheets, bugs in the rooms and bathrooms. Dirty tubs and reaked of cigarettes and weed. Manager and staff were extremely rude and when we asked for a refund they said no. When we asked them why, they said you think you guys are just so cute and cant take no for an answer. Told us its to damn bad you arent getting a refund. Aww that sucks for you guys doesnt it. Told us that the rooms were perfectly fine even after being shown they werent. This hotel was terrible. Safe yourself the time here. I was traveling with my family, we booked three rooms, children in each room for a total of 4 per room. My room had two towels. The pool had zero towels and they wouldn’t replace them. When we went for breakfast they were out of everything, waffle mix, juice, milk, and coffee! The gal working said it was her first day and she didn’t know how to refill stuff. Who can’t refill a pitcher of milk so the kids can have cereal!? Nothing about this hotel was good.

"Disappointing "

TV was hooked up improperly. Trash behind the TV cabinet. There was a sour milk smell in the room. The breakfast was awful. Biscuits were like bricks and the egg discs resembled but did not taste at all like an egg.
