We were looking to explore the city but it was good for what we needed.
Good on clean But a lot of people hanging around outside smoking and smell of smoke in ground floor bedroom, area . .
Located on the edge of Limerick away from the centre so you’ll need a car or taxi to get in to the city. If you like American food, then the adjacent diner will be right up your street. Plenty of parking and comfortable bed.
I arrived at my hotel at approximately 11:30am on the morning of my check in but my booking stated i was not able to check in until 15:00 however much to my delight, the lady at the reception enabled us to check in early and gave us a choice of which floor we would like to be on which was a nice touch. the room was clean and tidy. One of the other hotel staff helped us to locate an ironing board aswell which was much appreciated as we had a wedding to be at by 13:00. Big thank you to the staff for the hospitality, we would certainly recommend this hotel to others.
Half way between Shannon Airport and Limerick it provides the usual Travelodge experience. However staff were very friendly and helpful. A bit out of way if you don't have a car but there is a 30 minute bus service into Limerick. It's a pity the attached restaurant (diner) doesn't serve,alcohol but there is a hotel bar about ten minutes walk away.
It was a last minute booking due to work. The night staff were fantastic. Everything was as advertised.

The one night stay was comfortable, the room was spacious quiet and clean. The tea coffee area was clean but both mugs tasted of soap.Two disposable cups might be a consideration for your guests. The girl at reception was not very engaging, I asked if the night could be paid by cash, reply 'tis paid'. I understood I had that option but she did not converse on that point. A little more pleasantness goes a long way and does get customers returning. It was a good comparable price for Limerick.
