Brilliant right from front desk to room to check out. Only quib would b a squeaky staircase to second floor
the sewer pipe was making loud noise after toilet flushed. Staff polite.
This is a hard to find hotel - its in Limerick not in Ennis but on Ennis Road in Limerick! The vanity mirror light didn't work and every time one flushed the toilet a loud water hammer sounded The front desk is short staffed and it took ages to check in Great pillows though
Easy location off the highway and friendly staff but room was dirty and run down and the door didn't lock from the inside.

We've previously stayed here nice place, easy to get in and around the area.
The hotel was just ok, the reception area was really bad, there was a terrible and over powering smell from an electrical type air freshener, they really need to get rid of this, as the smell was very strong and unbearable. The hotel is very over priced and there were a lot of undesirable people staying at the hotel.
No real amenities. Not even a luggage stand in the room. Cheap furniture. If you are literally just needing a place to crash nad nothing else, then ok. One bright spot was restaurant on property. Very clean and food was good.
Most friendly staff and very clean room in a convenient location for shannon airport.
