There is no restaurant in this hotel, there is an attached diner which you are directed to. Attached diner closed before its scheduled time. I tried to get the attention of the staff in the diner to borrow a knife but female staff member refused to listen to me. She was rude. I would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel is dated, the smoke free room smell like the last occupant had a 2 pack a day habit, the foorvadoor and furniture was full of holes, the beds appeared clean.
Went to Limerick for a Munster match. Location and price was perfect for what I needed.
Stayed one night it worked. Wouldn't stay for more than one night at a time

The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the hotel was dated and shabby. The absolute barest minimum facilities, with hair dryers etc. only available on request. The building stank with a cloying air freshener so strong it made eyes water. WiFi was very weak.
The rooms are modern and clean. Bathroom is very small, but if you just want a functional and comfortable place to sleep, there's nothing wrong with it. Easy access to the main roads.
Comfortable and tidy
Our room smelled like smoke. It was fairly clean, the shower was not great. If you are only looking for a bed to sleep in - this place is fine. If you want to be closer to town where you will find a pub or music, etc - this was a little out of the way.
Staff was great, extremely helpful! My family left a cell phone behind at the restaurant, it was passed along to the hotel staff and they contacted us as quickly as they could after we left.
