Terrible!! 10mins waiting for someone to check me in, apparently i got a "lovely" room (hate to see what not lovely is !!) Hall ways from reception to room stunk of cigarette smoke, room had a lingering smell of the same. Quite run down feeling from whole place and general area didn't feel good.
It was an adequate hotel for an overnight stay. A functional hotel that suits the purpose it was designed for. Considerably cheaper than Limerick's other TravelLodge
Found it perfect and would not hesitate in recommending it to people especially with its proximity to thomond park found staff there most helpful and ample car parking will stay there again in the future and it was also great value for money in comparison with rival hotels.
The lady checking us in seemed like having an off day. There were no facecloths in the room and only 2 large towels and 2 hand towels in what should have been a family room probably.

The location is convenient. The staff was friendly.
Clean and tidy hotel. Easy to access, 10 mins into Limerick town centre, 5 mins from the rugby stadium.
Hotel is conveniently sited adjacent to Shannon/Limerick road but is amazingly very quiet in the rooms allowing for a very good nights sleep. The room was comfortable but obviously geared up for one or two night stays, as we were staying for a week there was not enough hanging space and no drawers to be able to unpack properly. The bathroom was very clean apart from around the bend in the toilet bowl that could have benefited from a good dose of bleach. There were lights not working in both the bathroom and bedroom that, although reported to reception, were not fixed in the 7 days of our stay. The adjacent restaurant is American Diner style with only the associated burgers and fried chicken dishes, it would have been nice to have the option of a home cooked meal for hotel residents.

Adequate not great wad good for one night. Had to pay to use Internet and copy to print boarding pass. Had to ask for a hair dryer. Needs updating
