Pinestone Resort & Conference Centre

Our room was falling part. The ceiling was all falling down it was super run down and really old. We also went for lunch at the bar the waitress was super rude the whole time and terrible service. Won’t stay there ever again.

The 2 bedroom villa was spacious and clean although no plates or cutlery in kitchen. Restaurant was great and maintenance accommodating once they came. TV appeared to not be working, and reception no help. Maintenance explained only channels 37-46 work. Definitely needs a new owner with money to invest.

This hotel was in poor condition both inside and out. Rooms are outdated and very worn. Outside was neglected, pools were empty and cracked, gym and sauna closed. There was no water pressure, very little hot water and I couldn’t get the shower head to even work. The service in the restaurant was awful and at breakfast they had no orange juice, milk or apple juice, yet the hotel was almost fully booked all weekend because of a water cross event being held there. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt before I will ever stay there again.

Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent! We appreciated the friendly, efficient service. Also, the price.The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The property as a whole is in need of upgrades (ie carpets) and refurbishing.

We ate breakfast in the restaurant both mornings. The service, food and price were all excellent.

the amenities offered were closed with no advanced notice, hotel was rundown, filthy, carpets throughout and in the room (was rippled) & restaurant were filthy , receptionist has torn jeans, Restaurant - carpets were not cleaned in weeks. Windows were dirty. Service & food in the restaurant was acceptable.

Overall, a big disappointment. We enjoyed our meal at the on-site restaurant. The service staff were friendly & courteous. The view from the restaurant was onto an empty, broken-down outdoor pool. The overall condition of the rooms, hallways & exterior of the hotel portion are way beyond their best before date! Thankfully, we only stayed 1 night. There was no TV service available in any room when we were there, so they gave us a modest discount, but we had to request it. Tiny, outdated bathrooms in king rooms. Rooms were dark & dingey. All current promotions of the accommodations by Pinestone are outdated & misleading. Perhaps OK if you're only there for the golf? It's well past time for the hotel portion to either be fully renovated or closed down.

Staff was excellent. Hotel was located conveniently for our needs. Restaurant was comfortable w/good service. Unfortunately both indoor & outdoor pools were not open. Outdated, worn carpet in hallways & rooms. The place looks like it could use some attention.

The rooms are outdated with holes in the walls, the shower temp goes from hot to freezing and then burning hot, the restaurant hasn't been open in 3 days and now its open but there's like 20 people and they said its too many too serve and can't take any more orders..... Also pool is out order, gym is out of order, and the hallways are filthy filled with dirt...... have fun. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! BIG REGRET HERE
