"Hopeless!"

Restaurant and bar closed @ 19.50 when said 21.00 on website. As we returned from supper elsewhere, told no breakfast tomorrow either… no WiFi @ all. Top tip - stay anywhere else!

Bad experience. Even if special privileges given for particular guests, other hotel guests should not of been neglected. If resort was unable to provide any services to guests, then reservation should not of been made in the first place. Not told ahead of time of any disruption to normal guests expectations. Sort of took the money and ran.

"Never again. Run fast run far"

The pool was closed. Wasn't notified. Reason we booked. Was charged for extra cleaning without explanation. Stood at the counter to check in while girl was talking to her mom. Had to wait while she talked. Noise complaint about a 4 year old on her birthday.

The facility was lovely however I specifically booked this place for a march break trip for my grandson and myself because it had a pool so when I arrived with him and the pool facilities were under renovations I was very disappointed and my grandson was heartbroken. We couldn’t afford to go south so we specifically booked a place with a pool so he would get a bit of a tropical feel. The fact that the construction was never mentioned during the booking was very disheartening.

The heat does not work, the pool is out of service along with the gym the and the spa and sauna. Their sign invites you to try their new menu that consists of a handful of things to pick from (which they do not have some items.) the conference room was and perhaps has not been cleaned ever. There was no hot water. overall I would not Recommend this hotel.
