Rooms were pathetically dirty

Very disappointed! I rented this room for my parents who were coming down for a concert, the beds were dirty and sheets stunk. It looks nothing like the photos. Very dirty looking, not worth the money spent. Go elsewhere

Pool wasnt available, and had to be evacuated as the fire alarm malfunctioned.

Needs updating, carpets are very dirty, Pool not working

Room 211 Tub had a big crack almost slip they just covered it with a mat. When I informed the front desk to make sure that it was there already I asked if they know about it the lady said “probably”. I was about to ask if we can change the room but i did not bother since she doesn’t really show concern. A day or 2 before check in they email me that swimming pool on reno or maintenance. So no facilities and no time to cancel the bookings. Not a good place to stay, We should just stay in the motel. I thought resort hotel we can enjoy.

Need lots of TLC.

Room had issues with the A/C, dirty sheets, carpet had many stains, A/C filter was clogged! The sliding door wouldn’t lock either, Tub was really gross and the toilet wouldn’t flush most of the time

We booked a group of 6 people on a weekend trip to Haliburton. When we got to the resort, we were told the restaurant wasn't available that evening since there was an event booked. Very disappointed after a long day of travel. The hotel is pretty run down throughout. It was a quiet place to sleep at least.

The property is very run down and old.
