Pinestone Resort & Conference Centre

I’ve just come back from driving at 9pm to buy take-out after two attempts to get it from their restaurant in-person. I asked to make an order and waited while others behind me had an order taken. You probably should t post this, because from Europe to Asia, to the US, to this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. This place is embarrassing. I wish I could get a refund

All aspects seem tired. In bath electric heater heavily rusted. Unpleasent odour in room - musty. Amenities such as pool not open. Not good value for money charged.

It needs an upgrade, furniture is full of stains

My kid really love to stay there! She said it’s her home and she will lives there ever and ever~

None of the pools were open

Disappointed the pool was closed and because of a storm the previous night, the internet was not working.

Rooms need a complete overhaul. Carpets are stained, AC loud and ineffective, toilet issues. Welcoming staff and nice grounds but can’t offset the state of the hotel and rooms.

This place needs a major renovation. Everything is outdated and smells terrible. You don’t want to put your feet on the carpet. I had to stay there because there was no other choice! I think that’s why they keep it the way it is—only for people who had no other option to stay overnight. If they renovate it, it’ll be in a good area, but the building and rooms are terrible.

We were there 4 days. Towels changed once. Beds made twice. No cleaning or garbage removal despite sign saying it would be done daily. Had to go to fest for toilet paper and soap. So disappointed. The staff at desk were kind, but service expected from a hotel was not there!

The property is very tired but it is clean and staff are great.
