Building was looking a bit tired. No breakfast service.

This place is a dump!! What a total disappointment! Arrived for a stay and play overnight only to find a tired, old, very dated place. The resort was built in 1974 and it’s clear that nothing has been done to it since then. In our room the carpet was worn and stained in spots, bathroom was obviously the original , the screen on our patio door was torn so couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air, the muskoka chairs on the balcony were faded and the stain was mostly peeled off. The pool, gym and sauna were all closed and, to top it off, the restaurant was closed as their “food order hadn’t arrived for the weekend”!! Now for the golf course. More than a bit of a cow pasture. The tee boxes particularly were in terrible shape. There’s some good elevations on some holes, the scenery was lovely and the course could be really nice with much better maintenance.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. The chef is amazing and food was impeccable. Would gladly come again with my family.

Staff were very friendly and room was clean. Restaurant had limited menu but adequate. Swimming pool and exercise room not available. Ice machine not working. Air-conditioned in room didn't work.
